Lastly, I didn't knew this existed till today! =p

I'm a VIP

Well well, this time I ain't boasting. I'm a VIP because today's Chadstone's VIP Sale! WOOT WOOT!

I treated myself to a well deserved shopping spree! Well deserved cos I've finished an exam! Ok, not really an exam but a very very late mid sem test that weighs 30% yesterday....

Ok, enough of school, it's time for me to relax myself and go enjoy!

I didn't buy much, as compared to the many VIP sales that I went for. Only got myself a Lacoste polo tee $49 (U.P. $99), a dress from Forever New $67 (U.P. $80) for work in the future a midnight blue nail enamel and bobby pins. But baby got me a Polo Ralph Polo tee $80 (U.P. $100)! Everywhere in Chaddy's having SALE!

I had intentions of spending more as my school days are almost over and to prep myself for work. But then I didn't want to buy just anything. I had wanted to get another dress for work, but then again, I felt that the dress was kinda pricey and not so suitable for work. So I'm gonna walk around Chapel Street tomorrow, yes, by myself to look at work clothes (even though work's gonna be very long way to go, like end of the year or even next year!).

Even so, I need to get ready right? Haha, another excuse for me to go shopping. Just hope that whatever I buy will fit me when I start working. =p

Who can top US?!

Time to boast... Muahaha.. Just let me boast la, I'm just tooooooo happy!

After several weeks of trading, endless reports to be done, the results are finally out.

We are the champions my friend.
We'll keep on fighting till the end.
We are the champions, we are the champions.
No time for losers cos we are the champions.
OF THE SUBJECT!

Ok, I shan't be so proud. But well, that's cos I'm absolutely astonished that our bank has achieved the most profit as compared to the rest!

For those who are unclear, let me bore you. I'm currently doing this subject called 'Money Market Dealing' and in this subject, there are 2 separate entities called 'Foreign Exchange Module' and 'Cash Market Module'.

There are 11 'banks' in the class which consists of 3 members, namely the Dealer, Risk Manager and Position Keeper. Each role has to be rotated each week. It's sorta like a competition where banks will compete and the only objective, profit maximisation.

There are 3 weeks of trading for each module, which means 6 weeks in total. Each week of trading we have to hand in 2 reports (pre trading and post trading reports), this meant that in the whole semester, we have to hand in 12 reports! Each report was probably like 3000 words or so? Of course, completed with graphs, tables and appendices. YEAH IT'S HELL!

But all efforts were paid off as we have achieved the top most profitable bank not only in the Foreign Exchange Module, but the Cash Market Module as well! I'm really shocked to hear that we were the 1st for the CM Module, as most banks bought Foward Rate Agreements and made extra few millions. No, we didn't buy options nor FRAs to up our profits. We did it all just by trading! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!

The lecturer said that he'll be giving the top bank a prize. I wonder what it'll be! I'm so excited! I hope it's some freaking nice certificate that can help my resume!!! But I don't think it'll really help much.

Ok, I PRAY FOR A LV BAG!! hahahhahaha.. dream on.

Ok, back to reality.

After endless reports, with the last report handed in today, I've a test to study for tomorrow. How cool's that? NOT!

Hello again.

After half a year of play by ear,
My ears my ears they can barely hear,
Cos you've made them hear, nags that cause little animals to cower in fear,
But fear is not a factor, since I'm learning the art of "In here;
out there", better known as, left ear in right ear dissappear...

(insert lame high pitched laugh)

But how i long to write words that make you tear,
Or say the kind of words that make you hear;
with captivation and wonder and "awww", with warmth that make our hearts feel near,
However, to avoid further giggles and laughs from the readers you hold dear,
I better make it quick and clear,
I love you.
It doesn't rhyme but that's how it's meant to be. A love that doesn't have to rhyme all the time, but if it does wouldn't it be sublime, but even if it doesn't it still remains and we will be fine.

Happy 6 months my fowershoam kiamsiap pig.

PS?

I always give looks of disgust whenever the topic of plastic surgery is brought up. I don't understand why people would want to do such things to themselves. Were they really that ugly in the first place? Or maybe they were just average looking and wanted to seek attention?

Well, no matter how much I despise plastic surgery, I actually underwent it before. NO NO NO... I didn't do anything to my face. I had cysts from the neck removed, and a scar reduced as well, but the operation didn't really reduce my scar. Ok, I have this very big (ok, not VERY big) scar on my right cheek. It's not very obvious, but if you really look at my face, you'll see it. When I was 18 or 19, I went to the doctor check out the cysts that I had on my neck. They referred me to SGH, to a plastic surgeon.

At that point of time, I was WHAT?! Why plastic surgeon? But well, as long as I could remove the cysts from my neck, I couldn't give a hoot. And when I was there, not only he looked at my neck, he told me that I could get my scar (from squeezing a GIGANTIC acne) reduced. Who wouldn't want to be prettier? So, I went under the knife. In the end, my neck's better, but my scar's still there. Lousy plastic surgeon. I will not name the surgeon in case I get my smart ass into a case of defamation!

Well, back to the main topic. The reason why this topic is mentioned is because, ironically, I find DY kinda pretty, despite rumours of her doing you-know-what. Then thoughts ran through my head, "maybe I should slit my lids to make them bigger?" or "maybe I should do a nose job?".

Nah~ God made me perfect the way I am.

Crowning

Went to Crown Casino for dinner.

No we didn't go to any posh restaurant like Nobu nor ... Can't think of other names. I didn't want to spend alot on food, not a foodie kinda person in the first place. I rather use that $100+ or so to buy a LV coin purse or whatsoever. =p Something's tangible and always there so that I can admire. Not like food that go down your tummy and become waste in the end.

Nevertheless, I still enjoyed myself, eating chinese food at the food court. Try the Pork Chop Rice from the food court. It's really good. Baby said that the burger was good too. It fills the tummy and price is reasonable. Why not? =)

Walked around the casino and taught baby some gambling games like bacarrat and casino wars. But no, we didn't gamble. I didn't really like to gamble, just like to take a look in the casino and see people battle it out. (ok, I'm exaggerating about the battling part)

Yeah, I enjoyed myself, spending quality time with baby at the cafe after the tour around the casino was the best. Hope to spend more time like that. Rather than him playing the stupid game. BLEAH!

Success!

I always wanted to try out my grandfather's recipe. Yesterday, I was feeling bored. Ok, not really bored, but curious. So I went to get the various flours and WALA! Ingredients for carrot cake! And so I started my adventure........ And the ending? It looks great! And I mean, by my standards. It's not to tough to chew, nor is it too soft. YEAH!!

Anyway, I just made myself a plate of white carrot cake (Singapore style) and I was too hungry, I didn't take a shot of it. =p Another time. Tonight I'm gonna experiment the black version (sweet sauce). Hope it's ok! =)

Ok, gotta go kiddos. Gonna check out on my dinner. Cooking radish soup, pork ribs braised in caramel sauce and herbal chicken!

Last but not least, baby and I went for a show and shopping at Chaddy on Friday and guess what he bought for me? Awwwww.. Love you loads!

I have lotsa recipes EVERY WHERE. In different books and papers chucked here and there. So knowing that I'm an organiser and I didn't want to spend money on this expensive book, he bought it for me (despite me saying NO NO NO NO NO many times). Oh, this costs $39.95! From Kikki.K

And well, my bedroom slippers are kinda old and dirty and I trip easily wearing the old one, so he bought this for me! Awwww

That's all folks!
