My 21st Again!

Oh, it feels so good to be 21 again! =)

Yeah right. I'm already quarter of a century and still unemployed! Grrr..

Anyway, eye candies! This time I'm feeling hardworking, so I'm uploading it to the blog. Usual days I'm just too lazy. But this time no photoshop as well. OK, I'm plain lazy.

Jem asked me, "What do you intend to work as? What are you interested in?"

That made me ponder, for a very very long time.

It's a question that I've always been asking myself. Truth is, I really don't know.

Having a Masters in Finance is really a burden. Do I really have to do Finance? Must I? Moreover, in this current economic situation, having a Masters is a burden more than an advantage. Who would want to hire a fresh graduate with a Masters degree? Due to some certain wage guidelines, Master holders has to be paid more than that of a degree holder.

Crap, I'm done for.

It's not as though I can under declare my education level. Would I be guilty of lying and get sacked if I ever reveal the truth? Why can't we be employed and get the same salary as those degree holders for the time being, at least until the crisis is over?

But then again, maybe finance is not really my cup of tea? I'm very interested in Foreign Exchange Trading. But I'm an inexperienced and overqualified degree holder. Who'd want to hire me?

Come to think about it, I'm more interested in Fashion, Entertainment and Celebrity Gossips.

Probably I should work for a magazine? But my editorial work is crap and my english is just so-so.

Probably I should be a merchandiser? But I don't have any relevant experience in fashion.

Probably I should be a designer? I have many ideas in my head. Laptop bags, bags, hp accessories. But I can't draw and I can't pay a designer to draw what's in my mind. Cos I know designers do have pride in their work.

Anyway, saw some bags on Bag Snob....

Oh I bought this bag for CNY in HK. After conversion, S$875. I don't dare to go into the coach store in SG to check out the price. But I know it's very cheap in the US. DAMN!

BACK! (and missing HK loads)

I'm back!

Actually quite a while back already. =p This little brain of mine failed to remember whether or not I've blogged about being back. And it chose to believe that I've already blogged about it.

ANYWAYS, I'm back!

Hongkong was AWESOME! I went to Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Temple Street, Mongkok, Disneyland, Repulse Bay, Wan Chai etc. So many places, all squashed in 6 days. Not enough! When I was packing my bag on the 5th day night, I thought to myself, "if only I didn't have to pack, I wanna work in HK!"

Yeah, how so? Bleah.

Well, photos are up and alive in Facebook. Too lazy to photoshop them into collages, just check them out on FB, much easier for me.

Anyways, I miss HK loads. Going there with Mr Lee was really fun. I've learnt quite abit of cantonese and I shamelessly used them on him and he said that I was boastful. Haha! But of course, my cantonese can't be compared to him.

Overall, best time of my life so far, being with the one that I love. =)

Off to Hongkong!

Currently in the airport awaiting to board the plane. It's our first trip overseas! So excited! Thinking of what to eat, where to shop later. Woohoo!

It's been a long time since l last went to Hongkong, probably a decade ago? Wonder how it looks like now. Have a list of things to do/eat/shop in Hongkong, but that's if I have the time to do so.

However disneyland is a must! Will update when I'm back or soon.. With photos hopefully! =p

Goodbye to 2008 and Hello to 2009!

2008 has been a good year for me...
- I've finally graduated! Master Debbie Chia... Woohoo... (sounds like ip man tho)

- That's it?

Oh no, then that doesn't seem like such a good year after all. hmmmm.. *ponders* (of cos something great happened and i'm not sharing. =p)

Nevertheless, I hope that 2009 will be a wonderful year! =)
- Hope I get a job soon
- Hope that someone will *ahem* sayang me more
- Hope I won't get any fatter
- Hope that all my friends and loved ones + myself will have great health
- Hope that I'll get a job (did I mention it just now?)

Hehehe.
